Operate as a key business partner supporting the Sales & Operations Planning process
Drive demand planning process improvements and best practices
Collaborate with Executive, Sales Planning, Merchandising and other groups to create and refine
Summarize and present data and solicit feedback in forecast and planning meetings
Participate and lead internal and cross-functional business process and analytics
Review inventory and available to sell (ATS) levels and create inventory flow models

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field required
Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, or
Broad understanding of apparel/footwear industry and wholesale marketplace required
Expert proficiency using Microsoft Excel
High proficiency in SQL
Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred

Hybrid work model
Base salary range of $92,700.00 - $97,850.00 yearly
