Sr. Director, Data Feeds & Inbound Data Strategy

📋 Description

• Own strategy for sourcing, ingesting, and delivering structured data at scale.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data ops to set data roadmap and priorities.
• Define data feed architecture, schema, and QA methodology across the data product org.
• Write and maintain data dictionaries, feed specs, and ingestion standards.
• Define data quality metrics and act as escalation point for data issues.
• Translate data architecture into clear narratives for executives and clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, data product management, or data operations; 3+ years in director+
• Ownership of data feed strategy, ingestion architecture, or structured data delivery in healthcare
• Hands-on SQL proficiency; able to debug and interpret complex queries without engineering support.
• Experience with healthcare data types (clinical/medical data, NPI, HCP/HCO identifiers, claims) and
• Experience leveraging AI tooling (Claude, OpenAI) to drive business use cases.
• Ability to author and govern data dictionaries, field-level docs, and feed specs.
