📋 Description

• Define UX guidelines and AI-enabled interactions across healthcare products
• Lead UX and AI transformation with measurable impact
• Standardize design patterns and grow the internal design system
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align on strategy and risk
• Embed UX in product discovery and decision-making
• Build and develop high-performing UX, content design, and research teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in UX, content design, or product design for complex B2B tech
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary design and research at scale
• Bachelor's degree in UX, Design, IT, or related field
• Experience operating at executive level within Product and Engineering
• Deep expertise scaling UX across large multi-product platforms
• Experience integrating AI into user experiences and team workflows
