Sr. Director Federal Engineering, Special Programs

📋 Description

• Advise senior GPS on risk, recruitment, and opportunities
• Translate opportunities for GPS into actionable outcomes
• Enforce governance, policy, and standards consistent with GPS and the Prime
• Lead a portfolio of cybersecurity analysts and engineers spanning network security, cloud security
• Manage technical leads and matrixed teams across the program
• Define KPIs/KRIs, maturity models, and executive reporting for program performance

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 6+ years of cybersecurity experience, with 2-5+ years in senior leadership/program management roles
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in classified environments
• Experience briefing senior government leadership and executives
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
