📋 Description

• Own consolidation of the company’s P&L and execute core financial processes (AOP, in-quarter
• Modernize FP&A from retrospective reporting to forward-looking decision support; manage
• Develop a modern FP&A team and influence strategic decisions across the business.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA highly preferred.
• 10–15+ years FP&A experience with P&L consolidation at senior leadership level
• Technical fluency in Oracle, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights; experience with AI tools, automation, or
• Strong leadership, executive presence, and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Highly analytical with strategic agility; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
