📋 Description

• Command the Message scale: own CotM rollout with reinforcement and AI practice loops.
• Manager enablement: build manager tracks, coaching checks, and adoption.
• AI-enabled reinforcement: reinforcement between sessions with Gong signals and AI tools.
• Revenue impact measurement: define KPIs, time-to-productivity, and tie to revenue outcomes.
• Role-based onboarding: own 30/60/90 ramp structures with data.
• GTM leadership visibility: deliver quarterly gap reports and next actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years GTM enablement or RevOps in B2B SaaS; 3+ in senior leadership.
• Deep fluency with Command of the Message and MEDDPICC; scale the methodology.
• Experience designing AI-native enablement programs and using AI routinely.
• Proven link between enablement and revenue: ramp time, attainment, pipeline, retention.
• Manager readiness programs with measurable adoption.
• Experience enabling AE and post-sale roles concurrently.
