Sr. Director, HR Technology and AI Enablement

📋 Description

• Lead HR technology roadmap and AI-enabled HR service delivery
• Oversee Workday migration and AI tooling (Moveworks, Now Assist) deployment
• Redesign HR workflows and AI–human handoffs pre-go-live
• Establish data governance and responsible AI controls for healthcare context
• Develop and lead HR technology team with focus on adoption and UX
• Partner with HR COEs, SDO, Procurement and OCIO across programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, CS, Business, or related field
• 10+ years HR technology/HRIS with 5+ years leading teams
• Experience implementing enterprise HCM platforms (Workday and/or SAP SuccessFactors)
• Experience redesigning HR processes for automation and AI handoffs
• Hands-on with enterprise AI/tools (conversational/agentic AI, AI-enabled service mgmt)
• Strong AI literacy, governance, privacy and security awareness
