• Create a forward looking point of view on the future of marketing and how we'll drive success.
• Define and drive global marketing strategies through actionable data and deep customer insight.
• Build, mentor, and scale the marketing strategy, and data analytics team, fostering a culture of
• Lead quarterly/annual planning, and target setting to guide execution across all marketing
• Lead key marketing operational cadences to ensure business actionability needs are being met.
• Partner across Marketing, Finance, and the GTM org to align go-to-market and growth strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 10+ years in marketing strategy, data analytics, or related functions, with 5+ years of people
• Expertise with analytics and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce).
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
