📋 Description

• Provide operational support for RFPs, bid defense meetings, and global third-party lab
• Collaborate with scientific, operational, business development, and proposal colleagues to drive
• Hire, train, develop, and mentor direct reports.
• Own, maintain, and report staff and department metrics (capacity, productivity, turnaround time).
• Create and refine specifications for potential opportunities regarding operational considerations
• Collaborate with lab operations and global lab vendor management for protocol interpretation and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences discipline (Advanced degree PhD preferred) or equivalent
• 15+ years in the CRO/Lab industry or equivalent relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience leading and influencing a global laboratory network, including multi-site
• Relevant experience in operational protocol analysis and budget review
• Strong experience in target therapeutic area clinical development (operational delivery, strategy
• Management or oversight of third-party lab partners
