Sr. Director Scientific Services

📋 Description

• Lead the development and implementation of scientific services to support the clinical trial needs
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery to client standards.
• Hire, coach, mentor and train scientists and ensure they are working to PfM quality standards.
• Develop the scientific culture of the organization; leads and develops scientific managers and
• Oversee the scientific design and development of new products and services to accelerate growth.
• Communicate results effectively to clients and develop lasting relationships to support future work.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a Ph.D. in life sciences, expertise in tissue based or molecular assays
• At least 18 years of full-time post-doctoral laboratory experience and 10 years demonstrated
• Strong bench scientist skills around tissue based (IHC, ISH, mIF) and / or molecular assays (ddPCR
• Experience in validation/qualification of assays to GCLP/CAP/CLIA/GLP or ISO guidelines
• Ability to lead and organize teams to multi-task and deliver projects according to agreed timelines
• Collaborative and an excellent coach and mentor
