📋 Description

• Lead region team promoting Sustained Release implant portfolio for Glaucoma
• Oversee district sales results vs goals and coaching of team
• Develop and execute district objectives and strategic plans
• Manage interviews, hiring, and development of team members
• Coordinate field execution with marketing plans and product strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred
• 5-7 years healthcare/pharma or device experience
• Strong business analysis and planning to drive sales
• Excellent judgment and feedback capabilities
• Ability to travel ~75% and support training events
• Must meet HCIR credentialing requirements for facilities
