Sr Due Diligence Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Act as the initial technical evaluator for prospective data center sites across electrical
• Support site evaluation and feasibility efforts by identifying technical risks, constraints
• Serve as the design team leads from initial site concept through lease execution/acquisition
• Review provider proposals, capacity offers, utility information, conceptual layouts, and as-built
• Interface directly with landlords, developers, data center providers, and utilities during early
• Prepare concise technical assessments and early go/no-go recommendations to guide which sites

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data center engineering, MEP consulting, site selection, due diligence
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering—or equivalent relevant experience.
• Broad technical competency across electrical, mechanical, civil/structural, and architectural
• Strong understanding of utility infrastructure (power delivery, substations, feeders, water
• Experience reviewing capacity offers, conceptual site plans, utility data, and building
• Familiarity with land use, zoning, and entitlement processes, and the ability to identify
