🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as an engineer; 4+ years in management or staff-level IC.
• Systems background focused on performance and end-user experience.
• Experience with enterprise customers or large partners and technical conversations.
• Strong collaboration with Product Managers to define products and drive adoption.
• Experience navigating large, complex systems.
• Strong operational instincts; lead incidents and on-call.
