📋 Description

• Own the quality strategy across Cribl products and communicate metrics for data-driven
• Lead continuous improvement in test automation, CI stability, defect prevention, root-cause
• Optimize end-to-end pipelines for both quality and velocity, removing bottlenecks for both people
• Foster a customer-first mindset by continuously running failure analysis to close the testing gap
• Establish strong partnership with product management and technical leads to develop a robust test
• Define and lead automation strategies for various products across multiple platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in developing and implementing test strategy for large-scale, enterprise products
• 5+ years of management experience leading one or more software test engineering teams
• 10+ years overall software quality engineering experience in addition to leading test engineering
• Thorough understanding of the SDLC and the changes required for agentic development
• Strong understanding of multi-tier system architectures
• Demonstrated experience in test automation, automation frameworks, or related methodologies
