Sr. Engineering Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead HW NPI programs from charter to MP
• Create detailed program plans with cross-functional teams
• Plan and lead weekly executive updates
• Build and maintain program schedules with dependencies and critical paths
• Track risks, milestones, and priorities; ensure alignment
• Plan and execute engineering builds (Build Plan, Build Matrix, Clear To Build)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Admin, or equivalent
• 5+ years hardware program management
• Experience with international suppliers and ODMs
• Led multiple hardware development cycles with cross-functional deps
• Strong leadership and communication; influence and align teams
• Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
