📋 Description

• Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Field Service Technicians, overseeing daily
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and safety across field service operations.
• Establish a field liaison program and structured escalation framework connecting frontline
• Drive timely root-cause analysis of complex technical issues and ensure actionable field feedback

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in technical field service, commercial fleet maintenance
