Sr. Financial Analyst - Data, Digital & Marketing Analytics

📋 Description

• Own weekly reporting of digital sales performance against AOP, forecast, and prior-year results
• Track marketing and promotional activations, financial performance, channel mix changes, and
• Translate financial analysis into actionable narratives for non-finance stakeholders
• Own and maintain digital and marketing KPIs including CAC, LTR, LTV, ROAS, CPM, conversion rate
• Build and maintain recurring dashboards, reporting packages, and analytical outputs for leadership
• Monitor performance trends and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and emerging business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 4-6+ years of experience in business or financial analysis within a marketing, e-commerce, digital
• Experience working directly with marketing, e-commerce, or marketplace business partners (strongly
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and/or long-range financial planning processes
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
• Fluency in marketing and e-commerce terminology and metrics (CAC, LTR, LTV, ROAS, CPM, CPC
