• Influence a team of engineers on our Video-Safety products, solving complex technical problems
• Assume ownership in maintaining the production systems managed by your team and provide operational
• Participate in roadmap planning sessions, collaborating with cross functional peers to define key

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in embedded software development, preferably with a focus on
• Strong experience in programming with Golang, C/C++, Rust, or similar.
• Strong experience with media pipelines, multimedia frameworks and deploying CV/ML models on edge
• Proven experience defining and implementing scalable embedded software architecture.
• Proven experience planning, designing, scoping and delivering complex, multi-team, or cross-system
• A desire to mentor and grow engineers of all levels.
