Sr Full Stack Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build features across the Rails monolith and Go microservices — candidate portals
• Extend our ATS and partner integrations.
• Orchestrate asynchronous vendor searches and reporting pipelines.
• Use AI throughout your workflow, pair with AI coding assistants, leverage automated AI code review
• Help build AI-powered features into the platform: intelligent document parsing, structured
• Own the full lifecycle of your work: build it, test it (including major UX paths), get it reviewed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong production experience with b2b SaaS applications.
• Solid Go skills, or equivalent backend experience with HTTP services, background workers, and
• Strong PostgreSQL skills and good instincts for relational data modeling.
• A track record building and consuming REST APIs and third-party integrations (webhooks, OAuth
• Comfort with server-rendered frontends (ERB/HTML/CSS) and a habit of writing well tested code.
