📋 Description

• Lead and implement strategic marketing programs and develop surgeon champions to support the launch
• Manage the team of Clinical Marketers in charge of defined subspecialities providing direction and
• Serve as the subject matter expert for General Surgery, analyze European market dynamics in growth
• Develop qualitative and quantitative data and experiences to segment and deeply understand existing
• Design, develop and execute European marketing strategies, value messaging (clinical, economic
• Align frequently and rollout strategic initiatives with market/country marketing and sales

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science or business discipline. MBA preferred
• 12+ years of experience, including 7 years of Clinical/Product marketing experience in a
• Strong Clinical, Surgical and/or Operating Theatre (Room) experience desired
• 3+ years of successful management and talent development experience and training
• Fluent in English; Preferred: fluent in German and/or French
• Proven ability to effectively position procedure/product messages and develop strong sales support
