Sr. Growth Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own self-serve growth engine, including visit-to-signup, signup-to-activation, free-to-paid
• Partner with Marketing on website, pricing page, and demo forms
• Find early actions predicting paying accounts, shorten time-to-value
• Own upgrade paths, paywalls, trials, plan limits, and checkout
• Build experimentation practice, define success criteria and workflows
• Partner with growth marketing on lifecycle messaging and new product adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with at least 3 years owning a self-serve or PLG funnel at a B2B
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools and a point of view on the AI agent ecosystem
• Record of experiments that measurably moved revenue or conversion
• Strong grasp of how free accounts become paying and how self-serve usage feeds enterprise sales
• Comfort with data: ability to write own SQL, use experimentation and feature flagging platforms
• Strong developer-experience instinct: opinions on CLIs, error messages, defaults, docs
