Sr. Healthcare Data Analyst (Medicaid)

📋 Description

• Analyze Medicaid data to identify patterns, trends, vulnerabilities, and high-risk areas.
• Investigate potential fraud, waste, abuse, and program integrity concerns using policy knowledge
• Develop analytical rules and methodologies to translate data into actionable insights.
• Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Present conclusions and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience analyzing Medicaid data.
• Strong hands-on experience with T-MSIS data and Medicaid datasets.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake (or equivalent).
• Experience handling large datasets; develops advanced analytical solutions informed by Medicaid
• Experience creating analytics and visualization solutions to detect and prevent fraud, waste, and
