📋 Description

• Cover DACH, Nordics and UK&I region.
• Lead HR initiatives with senior leadership and global HR.
• Drive talent strategies and organisational development.
• Provide leadership coaching and manage employee relations.
• Drive programs, planning, and process improvements.
• Work across site-level and virtual locations in a matrix.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of related experience as a Senior HR Business Partner
• Strong understanding of EMEA international employment law
• Experience working with a German Works Council
• Broad knowledge and demonstrated experience in the HR function
• Fluency in German is an advantage. Fluency in English is essential
• Demonstrated communication skills and ability to influence across levels
