Sr. HRIS Analyst

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary HRIS partner for core HCM modules (primarily SAP SuccessFactors Employee
• Provide hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and support across the employee lifecycle
• Support HR and Payroll teams with issue resolution, data corrections, and system inquiries
• Support planning and launch of annual cycles namely Employee Objective Setting, Compensation
• Provide guidance and system training to administrators, program owners, and other platform users
• Manage and execute system changes including configuration updates, releases, enhancements, and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of senior HRIS experience in large enterprise environments
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central, including backend
• Workday experience (support, reporting, security, migration activities)
• Experience with REST APIs, HR system integrations, data feeds, and/or middleware
• Proven experience supporting HRIS operations during high-volume, business-critical periods
