Sr HRIS Integration Engineer

📋 Description

• Own design and delivery of scalable HRIS across HCM, Payroll, and Time.
• Build and optimize integrations across systems (Workday, Greenhouse, reporting).
• Architect end-to-end HRIS solutions translating business needs into scalable designs.
• Design/build integrations with system APIs across systems (Workday, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs).
• Lead configuration of end-to-end HRIS features and user workflows.
• Own HRIS security and data architecture, governance, data integrity, and audit readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Workday experience with HCM architecture (HCM, Payroll, Time, Absence).
• Hands-on cross-system integrations experience (APIs, Workday Studio).
• Workday configuration expertise: BPM, security, and reporting.
• Proven ability to design, troubleshoot, and optimize complex integrations and data flows.
• Clear communicator translating technical concepts into actionable guidance.
• Nice to have: familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
