📋 Description

• Support key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee data management, visa
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as employment contracts, amendments, HR policies
• Maintain accurate employee and customer records within the HR platform, processing updates related

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within a shared services or regional HR
• Strong practical knowledge of HR procedures, policies, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on experience managing onboarding processes across the Americas region; experience supporting
• Experience with offboarding processes is an additional advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly
