📋 Description

• Strategic HR partnership: Advise functional leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness
• Employee relations: Manage sensitive employee matters with discretion, fairness, and sound
• Performance and talent development: Support performance reviews, career pathing, manager capability
• Workforce planning: Partner with business leaders and Talent Acquisition on headcount planning
• Culture and engagement: Lead initiatives that strengthen inclusion, employee well-being
• HR compliance and policies: Maintain compliant HR policies and practices across multiple states

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a People Partner, HR Manager, HR Program Manager, or in a similar
• Experience working in a remote-first, multi-state organization.
• At least 4 years of experience supporting clinical teams.
• Experience in healthcare, value-based care, or technology-enabled clinical services.
• Deep understanding of employment law and HR compliance across multiple states.
• At least 4 years of experience navigating employment laws and regulations in California, Colorado
