Sr.HVAC Service Tech

📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair large tonnage chillers — air-cooled and water-cooled — including centrifugal
• Commission and start up chiller and controls systems, optimizing for peak efficiency.
• Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues.
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on chillers, cooling towers, pumps, boilers, and
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation of all service work, repairs, and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience with significant exposure to heavy chiller systems
• Must have an active TDLR HVAC Journeyman License (Texas)
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• Demonstrated experience with BAS/DDC controls platforms
• Strong electrical troubleshooting capability across both low and high voltage systems
• Comfortable working independently with limited oversight
