📋 Description

Collaborate with stakeholders to define RBAC requirements
Conduct access reviews and establish access levels and SoD
Translate business needs into IAM specifications and policies
Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams
Support IAM roadmaps; design access control matrices
Coordinate IAM integrations with enterprise apps

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in identity and access management
3+ years RBAC design and management
Define roles and permissions in IGA/RBAC
Experience with IAM tools (AD, Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock, CyberArk)
Conduct access reviews, certifications, audits
I AM concepts and protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP
