Sr. Implementation Manager - Health Plans

📋 Description

• Build and manage project plans to drive implementing and/or migrating the H1 solution(s) to our
• Develop, iterate on or inform processes to create operational efficiencies within the services
• Lead high visibility H1 initiated projects that impact customers and require both internal and
• Participate in discovery sessions to understand client objectives, workflows, and technical
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Health Plan solutions
• Provide implementation timelines, risk assessments, and resource recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions Consulting, Account
• Experience supporting Health Plans, Digital Health organizations, or healthcare technology clients
• Moderate to advanced understanding of health plan provider rosters, data accuracy, and data quality
• Ability to interpret and execute SQL queries in Athena to retrieve, analyze, and validate data
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles and executive-level presentations
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
