📋 Description

• Performs needs assessments to define the current situation and the performance gap
• Develop clear training metrics with clear visibility and accountability
• Track key performance indicators
• Research existing materials to gather information about the desired training topic. Conducts

• Bachelor’s degree is required. Degree in business or related field is acceptable when combined with
