Sr. Integrations Developer, Workday HCM

📋 Description

• Hybrid role based in Dublin, CA or Menlo Park, CA with 3 days in-office attendance.
• Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations across global systems using Workday Studio
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to translate requirements into scalable
• Provide production support for integrations including monitoring, troubleshooting, and root-cause
• Develop inbound/outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems (payroll, benefits
• Design and maintain integrations between Workday and Snowflake for scalable data pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience in a global environment.
• Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday APIs (SOAP/REST), Workday
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services technologies.
• Experience with iPaaS such as Boomi or MuleSoft is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Workday data models, security framework, and HR processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
