Own scope, schedule, budget, and quality from RFP through delivery.
Track actuals against committed budgets in RFP and SOW; communicate variances.
Build project plans, manage Jira boards, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheets.
Allocate and optimize team capacity; advocate for needed skills.
Conduct requirements workshops and translate business needs into technical stories.
Work with engineers and data scientists to validate technical feasibility.

🎯 Requirements

15+ years of delivery, program, or project management experience.
Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar projects.
Deep expertise in budget tracking, variance analysis, forecasting.
Fluency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheets or equivalent tools.
Understand Python, SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, data architecture patterns.
Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, GCP; familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks.
