Sr. IT Project & Program Manager, Asset Management

📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day relationship with Pinterest's IT deployment and support service partners
• Build and manage a metrics and reporting program for outsourced IT services, defining KPIs and
• Bring AI into the team's day-to-day workflows, using it to speed up vendor and metrics reporting
• Partner closely with the IT Project & Program Manager team supporting global deployment and
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Security to manage vendor contracts, invoicing
• Support asset lifecycle and recovery programs, ensuring accurate reporting and cost optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing outsourced/managed service provider relationships at scale, including
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience building KPI/metrics programs and
• Strong collaborator and communicator, comfortable mentoring peers and influencing outcomes without
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Security.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive-ready
• 3+ years of relevant experience in IT vendor/MSP management, IT asset management, or a related
