4–6 years in instructional design or learning experience design.
Knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or Agile.
Experience designing for all-staff, management, and leadership programs.
Experience in multiple modalities: eLearning, ILT, blended, microlearning.
Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise); Vyond and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
Strong written communication and on-brand voice.
