Sr. Lease Administration Analyst

📋 Description

• Oversee administration of data center, real estate, and equipment leases.
• Review lease abstractions completed by third-party providers.
• Interact with landlords to resolve billing disputes and dates.
• Perform desk audits of operating expense statements per lease.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues; drive process improvements.
• Maintain and enhance ASC 842 policies, controls, and data gathering.
• Prepare lease reports and KPI dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of CRE lease administration (data center preferred).
• Strong understanding of ASC 842 and lease accounting.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting commercial lease agreements.
• CoStar, Asana, and Google Suite experience (plus).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
