📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of inbound and outbound commercial agreements, including
• Collaborate with stakeholders on commercial, enterprise, partnership, and strategic agreements in
• Conduct legal research and analysis and distill issues in clear and concise manner for non-attorney
• Advise regarding legal issues related to business activities.
• Partial telecommuting permitted from a commutable distance.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree or Master of Law degree and admission to practice law in any jurisdiction (in
• 3 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Experience conducting legal research and analysis in support of litigation and transactional
• Experience advising on intellectual property laws, including trademark clearance, registration, and
• Experience in regulatory compliance counseling, including trade compliance, corporate governance
• Experience negotiating and drafting bilingual (English/Mandarin) commercial agreements, including
