📋 Description

• Act as the primary escalation point for Linux issues across engineering, from routine to complex
• Troubleshoot the daily reality of a mixed fleet: authentication and access, services, storage and
• Provision Linux hosts end-to-end against established procedures, from laptops and workstations to
• Own access and authentication operations and recurring fleet maintenance — patching, health checks
• Maintain the configuration management codebase with small, reviewed changes, freeing the senior

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Linux systems administration in production, owning fleet health rather than
• Configuration management experience — reading, modifying, and debugging automation, not just
• Medium-to-advanced troubleshooting across services, networking, storage, authentication, and
• Enterprise directory services integration on Linux, credential and key management, and scripting
• Proven ability to be an escalation point for technical teams: triaging ambiguous reports and
• Automated bare-metal and VM provisioning at scale, with image and template management
