Sr M&A Integration Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional diligence planning and integration program management from pre-signing
• Build and maintain integrated plans spanning pre-close, close readiness, Day 1, cutover
• Lead integration cost estimation and develop TSA scope, SLAs, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Partner with Legal to translate requirements into purchase agreement terms and closing conditions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of related experience
• Deep understanding of the M&A lifecycle, including transaction evaluation, diligence, signing
• Significant experience leading cross-functional M&A diligence and integration, not just as a
• Substantial experience leading buy-side M&A diligence and integrations in complex, global, or
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and integrate business, financial, legal
