Sr Manager, Accounts Payable - Accounting

📋 Description

• Manage daily AP and accounting ops: invoice entry, weekly payments, aging reports.
• Oversee AR and credit operations for vendor management, invoicing, onboarding.
• Lead month-end close: reconciliations, tax filings, audit support.
• Collaborate with GL/Data, Procurement, HR, and Eng on cross-functional tasks.
• Manage vendor communications; resolve payment disputes with Procurement.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and metrics; develop training materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 8+ years in accounting ops, including 3+ in supervision.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P, 2- and 3-way matching, vendor mgmt, and AR.
• Experience with reconciliations, process implementation and scaling.
• ERP systems proficiency; MS Office and vendor tools.
• Attention to detail; prioritization and reliability.
