Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 4–8 developers and engineers
• Shape the strategy, architecture, and long-term roadmap for enterprise applications
• Improve the systems and processes that support supply chain, manufacturing, and business operations
• Partner with leaders to deliver meaningful business solutions
• Evaluate and implement technologies that improve efficiency, scalability, customer experience, and
• Build strong relationships with internal clients, software vendors, and implementation partners

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business applications in supply chain, manufacturing, or related
• 2+ years of people-management experience
• Proven success leading technical teams
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, VMS, CRM, SCM, OMS, or operational technology systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft stack: .NET, SQL Server, Windows Server, cloud deployments (preferred)
