Design, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards.
Identify HR-related risks and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Lead the HR Governance team and act as the first point of escalation.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years leadership experience
5+ years progressive HR experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Bonus: Experience with Workday HRIS
