🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8 years of experience in Learning & Development
• Alternative combinations may be considered, including a master’s degree with 6 years of experience
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex learning initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.

• Base salary range of $111,500–$185,900.
