Sr. Manager of Contracts

📋 Description

• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial sell to/outbound user agreements including software license
• Review agreements and spot check for IP concerns, revenue recognition concerns and non-standard
• Work with US Legal and Sr. Director of Contracts (or their designee) on various matters as needed
• Ensure Tanium contracting engagements are transacted with the highest of ethical standards
• Oversee the full life-cycle of contract activities (RFQ – Contract Management)
• Work with Sr. Director of Contracts (or their designee) to develop and maintain localized templates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a sales partnership role (Contracts, Deal Desk, Sales Operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Salesforce
• Demonstrable professional contracts experience in a corporate setting
• Knowledge of local law and regulations including GDPR
• Experience in proposal responses, contract negotiations, and contract performance; must be able to
