Sr. Manager of Medicare Compliance

📋 Description

• Lead compliance program administration and regulatory implementation across Medicare Advantage
• Identify and execute technology, automation, and AI opportunities to strengthen compliance
• Translate complex regulatory mandates into technical business requirements and automated compliance
• Direct compliance investigations, corrective action plans, and regulatory reporting
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of CMS regulations, TPMO rules, Scope of Appointment mandates, and
• Develop compliance dashboards, KPIs, and metrics for leadership insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, Medicare Advantage (Part C & D)
• Strong knowledge of CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines (MMG), TPMO regulations, telesales
• Demonstrated experience gathering business/technical requirements, supporting software/system
