📋 Description

• Execute the categorization and resolution of various SLA and usage issues impacting customers and
• Lead mandatory cross-functional Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) with Engineering to address
• Ensure policy and execution align to compliance guardrails at scale
• Maintain metrics, reporting, and data assets to inform leadership decision-making
• Influence project prioritization to resolve recurring issues and inform financial reserves or
• Catalog and maintain key partnership terms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of relevant experience with expertise in business partnering, influencing
• Experience writing SQL and past experience using Databricks strongly preferred
• Proven capability in managing operational workflows, establishing SOPs, and running root-cause
