Sr. Manager, People Business Partner - GTM

📋 Description

• Partner with GTM leadership to support workforce planning and organizational design strategy
• Develop and implement sales-aligned talent management frameworks including performance management
• Coach and mentor GTM management to build capability and ensure consistent execution of People
• Partner with GTM leadership on organizational design and workforce optimization initiatives that
• Collaborate with cross-functional COEs to design and implement sales-aligned talent systems and
• Serve as strategic advisor to GTM and sales leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive People Business Partner experience with 3+ years leading teams.
• Significant experience supporting sales functions, with deep understanding of sales organization
• Proven track record in a SaaS or software company environment, with experience supporting a scaling
• Proven ability to support the design and implementation of talent frameworks and programs
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate organizational metrics and insights into
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; or
