Sr. Manager, Physician (Principal Investigator) Recruiter

📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for physician investigators, Medical Oncologists
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build relationships with active and passive physician
• Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate
• Coordinate physician site visits and facilitate interactions with executive leaders, physician
• Present the clinical research platform, scientific capabilities, and professional opportunities to
• Facilitate offer discussions and collaborate with business leaders and external partners throughout

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a
• 5+ years of dedicated physician recruitment experience, with demonstrated success recruiting
• Proven experience managing physician recruitment from initial sourcing through signed employment
• Strong experience building passive candidate pipelines and implementing direct-sourcing strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication
• Ability to establish credibility and maintain strong relationships with senior physicians

🎁 Benefits

• Competitive salary of $110,000–$130,000, with actual base pay dependent on factors such as market
• Fully remote position based in the United States.
• Monday–Friday schedule, generally 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
