🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
• Experience leading teams through the complete product development lifecycle of modern web
• 4+ years of experience directly managing people and leading product design teams in complex
• 9+ years of total experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, and Visual Design.
