📋 Description

• Lead and develop a Quality Engineering team responsible for establishing quality standards, shared
• Review business requirements and contribute to functional and technical design documentation
• Design and implement comprehensive testing procedures for APIs, abstractions, integration patterns
• Participate actively in technical and design reviews, providing informed input on requirements
• Establish practices that support team productivity, delivery predictability, engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience combined with a Bachelor's degree, or 11+ years of
• Proven experience designing and implementing testing methodologies for APIs, integration patterns
• Demonstrated leadership of engineering or quality teams, prioritizing productivity, delivery
• Strong experience with code reviews and accountability for software development and testing
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing API, contract, integration, and service testing for
• Experience with performance, load, chaos, and resilience testing, including identification of
